Winter Retreat 2008

The First Congregational Church of Wilmette prepares each year for the All Congregation Winter Retreat.

The 13th Annual All Congegrational Winter Retreat at The Cove Resort in Lake Geneva.  As documented last year, this is a fun weekend for everyone.  For those of you attending the previous winter retreats, this requires very little to encourage your participation every year. For those who haven't attended, you will have a great opportunity to find how much fun the winter can be, indoors and outdoors, by sharing a weekend with family and your faith community. 

Dates for Winter Retreat for 2008: January 25 - January 27

 Activities include: 

Downhill skiing at Alpine Valley; cross country skiing at Kettle Moraine Park; sledding in the city of Delavan; Skating, Broomball, Indoor Swimming, Game Room and other indoor activities at The Cove Resort.  Plus, our Annual Chilli Fest cookout on Saturday night and a crowd favorite - Group Activity on Sunday morning.
